 First of all, you need pour boiling water into the flour and you have to make sure that the flour is medium cooked.

Then knead the dough until the dough is soft and sticky. Make a small ball of dough about a size of a walnut. Using glass bottle to press the flour down and make it a flat circle.

Next, boil the dough until the flour turns transparent, take the dough out and dry them.

Mix the dough with a little oil to make it not stick to each other, and spray chopped green onion to make it more colorful.

It’s time to make the thick sauce. The main ingredients are fish sauce, sugar and slided hot chillies.
